This Week’s Announcements:

We’ve now reached the middle of the basketball season. All teams are playing hard. This weekend we saw some very impressive hard-fought wins from St. Dunstan teams. Congratulations to our Varsity, Junior Varsity, Sharks-7 White, and Cubs teams on the Boys side and our Sharks-8 and Eagles teams on the Girls side for their victories. Divisional playoffs are set for March 5th - 7th.

Basketball team photo sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, February 10. Photo order forms will be distributed in class. More information below.

Unfortunately, there were some incidents of poor sportsmanship this past weekend on the part of coaches and fans. This behavior will NOT be tolerated. Just a reminder that any coach or player ejected from a game is not eligible to play the next game or even be in attendance (General Rule 3.14). When an individual is ejected they are to leave the venue and premises immediately.

Volunteers Needed: Please support our basketball teams by volunteering for official clock and scorebook duties. Please approach Commissioners Ramon Quintana and Chris Hammond to volunteer. We will train you.

St. Dunstan Athletic Board Super Bowl Pool

This week is your last chance to get in on the St. Dunstan Athletic Board Super Bowl Pool. Cost is $20 for a square. Buy as many squares as you like. Sales close on Thursday, February 4. Grid numbers will be posted on the St. Dunstan website on Friday, February 5.

This is a fundraiser to help cover the costs of our St. Dunstan athletic programs.

Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest

Contest is open to boys and girls ages 10-14. It will be held in the Parish Center on Saturday, February 6th, from 9:00am to 1:00pm. All participants should arrive promptly at 9:00am and have a copy of their birth certificate or other proof of age. For more information contact Gabriel Maldonado, who is chairing this event at 650-692-6589.

The Athletic Board will be meeting this Thursday, February 4 at 7pm.
