Reminders:
- If your daughter wishes to play volleyball in the fall, please send in your permission slips and checks as soon as possible. Volleyball is for girls entering 4th grade through 8th grade.
- Track practice for this week and next week will be at San Mateo High School on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm for 6th-8th grade.
- Fifth grade track uniforms are to be returned to Mrs. Anderegg. They must be cleaned and have a nametag attached to them. Lastly, any students who have Coach Cappel’s track shoes, please return them to Mrs. Anderegg by this Frida
- Spirit Festival is this Sunday, May 18 at Chabot College in Hayward, starting at 10:00 a.m. Go Knights!

REMINDER TO ALL COACHES AND PARENTS:
All coaches must attend a PCA coach workshop.
All parents (non coaches) must attend a PCA parent workshop before their child participates.
The option of doing the course online will be given so that parents and coaches may be in compliance with this PPSL requirement. The cost of the course will be passed on to the individuals. There is a course for parents and one for coaches on the Positive Coaching Alliance workshop. The directions are given below:
